Faye Rodney
Financial Director
I am a board-level Finance Director with technical, commercial, and change management expertise. I have worked in Local Government, the not-for-profit sector on both a national and international level, for start-ups, in SMEs and at different roles across finance, leadership and operational settings. Importantly, I think outside the numbers. I can bring together financial and operational strategy. I value people and have extensive experience of working across a wide range of stakeholders and bringing them together.

Steve Cooper
Commercial Advisor
Steve is an engineer, founder, investor, and trusted advisor with deep experience scaling aviation and technology startups. With an Oxford MBA and Fellowship of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, he co-founded Axis Network Technology, growing it from concept to a $35M acquisition. Steve advises boards and mentors founders, specializing in commercial strategy, product development, and operational scale up across motion simulation, aviation, drones, space, and telecom sectors.

Andrew Mills
Composites Specialist
Andrew has 28 years' experience developing advanced composite structures and enabling manufacturing technology. Initially joining British Aerospace, for the development of ailerons for the Airbus A320; the first UK designed commercial aircraft carbon fibre structures. At Courtaulds Structural Composites, he was responsible for new applications development for a resin transfer moulding manufacturing facility; including X ray machine components, radar equipment and aircraft interiors. He joined Cranfield in 1991 to lead the Airbus UK composite wing research project AMCAPS which developed novel materials and process technology for large carbon fibre wing manufacture; now certified and flying on the Airbus A380. Since then he has worked on applications research projects with many UK design and manufacturing companies.

Alistair Leech

After a varied and extensive career spanning the Royal Air Force, British Sugar and Marshall Aerospace, I now run my own business providing engineering, management and leadership consultancy services to the defence, aerospace and academic sectors across the UK, leveraging more than 35 years’ experience in defence, aerospace and engineering to support customers to improve efficiency and effectiveness
